Ok, maybe not really. Maybe it's just the time that I forgot. I have thought about updating my blog, but then I didn't. I had a baby shower for my sister, Kristen. Then I thought about updating after that. But, I had a birthday party for Miriam instead. And then I thought about it again. But, still I didn't. I had a surprise to implement for my Mom's 50
th. And then when it came time to really sit down and update, it was our 4 year wedding anniversary. So, still I didn't. Then, my sister, Kristen, had a baby. Then Miriam got a cold. Then I got a cold (which I am vehemently fighting with all my might so I can go hold my sweet baby niece,
Katin) . And now....here we sit.
Let's review M's birthday party in pictures, shall we??
With us still being tight on money, I decided to make Miriam a birthday gift. I wrote her a story starring herself. She got a real kick out of it!
But, by far, her favorite gift was the musical Winnie The Pooh card she got from my parents. She loved starting and stopping the music while she danced.
I could have just spent $4 and 4 fewer hours of my life.

Ha ha! Yes, you could have, Heather. But the book is WAY better! What a treasure. You sure are a good mommy who knows how to make things special. Happy belated birthday, Miriam!
