Adventures with Mommy

Now that the weather has cooled down a bit and I have regained a little energy, I have been trying to do more things with Miriam.

Last week I took her to a pumpkin patch on a weekday when nobody was there. It was awesome! She had so much fun.



There were all of these inflatables for the kids to play on and Miriam was so brave. She really wanted to go down this HUGE inflatable slide.



I asked her several times if she was sure because her big pregnant Mommy couldn't climb up and rescue her if she got scared.



She said, yes, that she wanted to go and continued to climb up the 10 story inflatable all by herself. I was a nervous wreck watching the bigger kids run past her while she clung on for dear life. But, she wasn't even phased.



She loved getting her picture taken and I kept saying, "Let's see what you look like as a pumpkin!" "Let's see what you look like as a scarecrow!" So now she's asks to see the "Look-my-like" pictures. So stinking cute.

She loved wandering through the pumpkins even though I told her we couldn't get one. I told her we would come back with Daddy and buy one, but she could buy one of the "baby pumpkins" on the way out. She said to me, "Ok. We come back and Daddy use his big muscles to carry our pumpkin."

Yes, sweetheart. Daddy's got big muscles. Mommy likes them.
